Items required to enroll a new student are listed below.
- Birth Certificate
- Shot Records
- Parent/Guardian Picture ID
- Proof of Residency (local utility bill, rent reciept, etc...) Must be a physical address, no PO boxes
- Transcript
- Special Education Records (if applicable)
If a student is enrolling during the school year we will need the following items in addition to the above documents:
- Withdrawal Grades
- Report Card or Schedule of Classes
If the student is not living with their parent/guardian, you will also be required to provide the following forms which must be notarized.
- Permission to Release Educational Records (from legal parent/guardian)
- Affidavit (person assuming the permanent care and custody of the student)
Suggested Order of Required Classes for Enrollment
FRESHMAN
*Must have college prep curriculum unless signed out
*must have had Algebra I in the 8th grade with a "C" or better to enroll
- English 1
- Algebra I or Algebra II
- 1/2 Oklahoma History
- Physical Science or *Biology I
- 1/2 Keyboarding (if needed) or 1/2 Technology
- Fine Arts
- Foreign Language
- Electives
SOPHOMORE
*must have had Biology I
- English II
- Intermediate Algebra OR Algebra II OR Geometry
- World History
- Biology I or *Chemistry
- Fine Arts
- Foreign Language and/or Technoloby
- Electives
JUNIOR
- English III
- Geometry or some other Math
- American History
- Science
- Fine Arts (if needed)
- Foreign Language or Technology (if needed)
- Electives
- WOSC - Concurrent Enrollment
SENIOR
*must have college prep curriculum unless signed out
- English IV
- Math (if needed)
- 1/2 Government
- Science (if needed)
- Fine Arts (if needed)

- Home (1st or 7th hour ONLY)
